NUCES Fintech Society collects the details you give us in forms (name, email, phone, university and the answers you write) to run our events, process bookings and reply to you. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

• Registration and booking details, including payment screenshots for ticket approval.
• Applications you submit (ambassadors, partners, forms).
• Your email address if you subscribe to our updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who sees it

Only the NFS team members who handle that event or form. Partner organisations never receive your details without asking you first.
